Who we are

Toren Consulting Ltd (company number 10651092), Unit F19, Expressway, 1 Dock Road, London E16 1AH, is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. For anything relating to personal data, contact us at info@torenconsulting.co.uk.

What we collect

If you complete the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us in the message field, whether that is a request for a quote, a collaboration enquiry, or a general question.

We do not collect special category data or data relating to children through this website.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry and to discuss your project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you have initiated and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not use enquiry data for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiries submitted through this website are processed on our behalf by Formspree, our form-handling provider, which delivers your submission to us. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as our processors under contract. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose personal data where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Cookies

This website uses essential cookies set by our host to deliver the site securely and reliably, and cookie-less, privacy-preserving traffic measurement provided by Cloudflare, which identifies no individual visitor. With your consent, and only with it, we also use Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand how the site is used; these set cookies, and you can accept or decline them in the banner when you first visit, or clear your choice by deleting this site's data in your browser. Declining changes nothing about how the site works.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond and, where it leads to a working relationship, to manage that relationship. After that we delete it, unless we are required to retain it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@torenconsulting.co.uk.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first, so please contact us before raising a complaint if you can.
