    We're seeking a Consultant to join our Security Design and Engineering team.

    This role is perfect for experienced security system installers, integrators and project managers who are eager to manage projects, contribute to team growth, and drive innovation in security design.

    What you'll do

    • Lead security design projects for medium to large-scale developments

    • Develop comprehensive security strategies aligned with client needs and industry best practices

    • Design and specify cutting-edge access control and video surveillance systems

    • Conduct risk assessments and provide expert advice to clients

    • Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact for projects

    • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the team

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

  • Essential Attributes

    • Experience: 5+ years in security systems design, integration, or consultancy

    • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of enterprise-level security systems and emerging technologies

    • Project Management: Proven track record of successfully managing security projects

    • Client Management: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships

    • Leadership: Experience in team collaboration and mentoring junior staff

    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly

    Other Valuable Attributes

    • Experience in specific sectors such as commercial real estate, finance, or government

    • Design and specify cutting-edge access control and video surveillance systems 

    • Develop CAD drawings and technical documentation

    • Conduct on-site witness testing and system verification

    • Work closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

  • Essential Attributes

    • Experience: 2-5 years in security systems design, installation or commissioning

    • Technical Know-How: Solid understanding of enterprise-level security systems (on-premises or cloud-based)

    • Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a knack for building client relationships
